Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a relevant field.

Experience in Logistics and Warehousing operations for MNC and local clients across various sectors including apparel, FMCG, pharma, telco, retail, project cargo, high tech, and chemical.

Demonstrates a strong willingness to work in any region within the country as well as international locations.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar role.

Overall, 15+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Develop strategic plans for the fulfillment center and provide insights to top management for overall business strategy development.
  • Prepare annual budgets for the facility in line with top management guidelines.
  • Monitor and ensure the achievement of monthly revenue targets and cost savings.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring staff meet customer service standards, identifying future demands, and adding value to processes.
  • Promote employee satisfaction and communicate business vision, strategy, and changes effectively to the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations and processes, encouraging team input and guiding project execution.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary resources and infrastructure, aligning operations with customer requirements.
  • Monitor operational plans and ensure team adherence for efficient service delivery.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to evaluate team performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure all operations comply with policies, procedures, and statutory requirements, providing awareness sessions for staff.
  • Implement controls to monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing losses. Oversee adherence to Warehouse Management System procedures and safety standards. Ensure proper maintenance of plant and equipment and enforce "6S" housekeeping standards.
  • Recruit and retain a skilled workforce, encouraging qualifications and identifying training needs.
  • Develop succession plans for key roles and provide leadership to enhance team skills and motivation.
