Description

We are currently looking for a self-motivated personnel to employee as a Senior Multi Job Assistant to Chairman's office. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling below duties and responsibilities:


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Making & Serving Tea/Coffee to the Chairman, Directors, Management, Office Staff and Clients/Visitors.
  • Arrange Lunch for the Chairman and Directors.
  • Maintain stock of necessary books used in office.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the office.
  • Perform all duties given by the Chairman, Directors and Management.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and ability to work well under limited supervision.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

  • Should possess G.C.E. O/L.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an office assistant or in related field.
  • A well-disciplined male with a good sense of team spirit and punctuality.
  • Should be presentable and organized in work.
  • Communication in English will be an added advantage.
