We are currently looking for a self-motivated personnel to employee as a Senior Multi Job Assistant to Chairman's office. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling below duties and responsibilities:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Making & Serving Tea/Coffee to the Chairman, Directors, Management, Office Staff and Clients/Visitors.
- Arrange Lunch for the Chairman and Directors.
- Maintain stock of necessary books used in office.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office.
- Perform all duties given by the Chairman, Directors and Management.
- Performing general office clerk duties and ability to work well under limited supervision.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- Should possess G.C.E. O/L.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an office assistant or in related field.
- A well-disciplined male with a good sense of team spirit and punctuality.
- Should be presentable and organized in work.
- Communication in English will be an added advantage.
