Description

Teardrop Hotels is seeking an Operations Executive to support the Group General Manager (GGM) in overseeing and managing daily operations across all our properties.


Key Responsibilities


Operational Support

  • Assist the GGM in daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)


Project Management

  • Manage and track progress on various projects and initiatives
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within budget


Communication

  • Facilitate communication between the GGM and other departments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Handle inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders


Data Management

  • Collect, analyse, and present data to support decision-making
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation


Compliance and Standards

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality standards


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel management software


This position is based in our Rajagiriya Head office
