Description
Teardrop Hotels is seeking an Operations Executive to support the Group General Manager (GGM) in overseeing and managing daily operations across all our properties.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Assist the GGM in daily operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Project Management
- Manage and track progress on various projects and initiatives
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
Communication
- Facilitate communication between the GGM and other departments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Handle inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders
Data Management
- Collect, analyse, and present data to support decision-making
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Compliance and Standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel management software
