Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and hours worked.
- Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Assist in preparing payroll-related documents, such as tax forms and wage statements.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate payroll data and timely processing.
- Participate in payroll audits and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Passed G. C. E (o/L) or G. C. E (AIL)
- Fully or partly qualified in AAT/ CA registered student
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in computerized Payroll, EPF/ETF preparing
- Good knowledge in Labor Procedures will be an added advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- IT literacy with the ability to work in an IT environment
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and accept challenges
- Age between 20-25 years
