About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chairman. This role demands a dynamic individual who can handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with a high degree of efficiency, confidentiality, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen ability to anticipate the needs of a senior executive, and a strong sense of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact for the Chairman; handle emails, phone calls, and written correspondence with professionalism.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points for meetings chaired by the Chairman. Ensure all necessary documents are prepared and provided in advance.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as required by the Chairman.
  • Project Support: Assist in managing projects and initiatives led by the Chairman, providing research, administrative support, and coordination as necessary.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle all personal and business matters with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Event Planning: Organize events and functions, including coordinating with vendors and managing logistics.
  • General Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-suite executives.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in corporate environments is advantageous
