Requirement
- Collaborate with the factory/production manager to develop and implement production plan
- Plan all operations in sewing process as per the deliveries according to production plan
- Monitor daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Maintain accurate production reports and records
- Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training and support to ensure safe and productive work environment
Requirements
A diploma in clothing technology with a minimum of 3 years experience
Hands on experience on trouser & knit manufacturing
Good team player
Ability to communicate in Tamil
Age below 34
