RMV Coordinator (Executive Grade)

This position is responsible for managing the registration of bank leasing, hire purchase, and vehicle loan transactions with the Registrar of Motor Vehicles (RMV). The RMV Coordinator must ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within the specified turnaround time to facilitate leasing services. Additionally, the role requires handling vehicle registration documents with the highest level of confidentiality, security, and ethical standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Business Management from a recognized professional body or qualified in G.C.E. (A/L) with 3 simple passes for main subjects and credit passes for English & Mathematics in G.C.E. (O/L).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly within the motor vehicle registration process.
• Strong understanding of motor vehicle registration processes and related guidelines..
• Good knowledge of banking products, with a focus on Leasing, Hire Purchase, and Vehicle Loan products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, people management abilities, and the capacity to influence effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and banking policies/procedures
