· Inline to the company set KPIs.
· Attend PP meetings, pilot appraisal meetings and make important notes.
· Involve with pre-setting process.
· Ensure to follow up with pilot feeding.
· Set operator standard for each & every workstation.
· Prepare initial output sample and obtain approval by Assistant Manager -QA. (Press garment also to be prepared whenever required).
· Every morning, check if any new machine operators are introduced due to absenteeism. If yes, update/ educate them with mock up sample/ No End Line and quality procedures.
· Every machines in the lay out have to be cleaned in order to start production.
· Update production target board on daily basis with quality details.
· Ensure hourly production is offered to AQL.
· Daily, select one garment from bulk and cross check against approved sample.
· Adhere to in-line control monitoring system, measurement procedure & needle procedure, lab-test procedure, heat seal procedure, pinch setting procedure as well as button attaching procedure.
· Follow sample procedure.
· Randomly check bundle size to the correct provided care label (Label procedure and Bundle Audit)
· Check cut panels randomly to the correct patterns (Pilot and new cut wise).
· Attend daily meetings conducted by the Assistant QA manager.
· Time to time check on finished garments and request AQL Auditors & Certified auditors for any quality issues in the garments consistently.
Rejected garments from End AQL must return to operator to repair.
· Daily target repair should be less than 3%.
· Adhere to defect band system.
· Whenever there are multi-color garments under production, a trim card to be prepared with relevant style and elastic types.
· Provide relevant trim card to sewing operator before production begins.
