SAP Master Data Governance

We are looking for a SAP Master Data Governance to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and partners to understand specific enterprise master data needs and translate requirements into comprehensive solutions.
• Lead and facilitate SAP MDG requirements gathering workshops across multiple domains.
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure successful delivery of customer-specific solution implementations for SAP Master Data Governance.
• Participate in the preparation, conception, realization, and go-live of customer implementation projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, process design reviews, project assessments, support pre-sales activities, and define detailed specifications for development requirements.
• Assist customers in designing data management strategies for SAP on-premises and cloud environments.
• Coordinate across various teams, including geographically dispersed teams, onsite, offshore, customers, system integrators, and partners.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) with at least 3 full-cycle SAP MDG implementations.
• Implementation experience in key MDG domains such as Finance, Material, Business Partners, Customer, Supplier.
• Experience with MDG-RFM (Request for Master Data) and MDG-EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience in SAP MDG mass processing, consolidation, data quality management, and central governance.
• Experience integrating SAP MDG with other solutions, such as SAP Ariba.
• Implementation experience in hybrid landscapes.
• Knowledge of MDG Cloud Edition, MDG Cloud-Ready Mode, Master Data Integration, One Domain Model.
• Experience conducting design thinking workshops.
• SAP MDG Certification is desirable.
• Certifications like PMP, TOGAF, ITIL are beneficial.
