SAP - Program Manager / Senior Functional Consultant EPPM ( Relocation Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize SAP expertise to optimize business processes, enhance system integration, and drive organizational growth.
• Automate, digitize, and improve operations through ERP and other DBS systems to support various business functions.
• Collaborate closely with client Business and DBS teams to deliver value.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in S/4HANA Project System, Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM), Fiori Apps, and 3rd party integrations.
• Analyze client business processes to recommend appropriate SAP solutions.
• Design and adopt PS/EPPM business processes for Engineering & Construction, Finance, and other entities, aligning with Oil & Gas SAP best practices.
• Work with DBS, Super Users, and onsite/offshore teams to define SAP business processes.
• Ensure integration support across domains like Finance & Controlling, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Plant Maintenance, HR, and SAP Cloud applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PS/EPPM applications.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams.
• Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support for SAP solutions.
• Support a SAP User Community of over 1500 users, including Business Process Owners and Superusers.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP Project Management experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, functionalities, and best practices.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale SAP implementation projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, project teams, and third-party vendors effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies desirable.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate required.
