Description
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role with 3+ Years of experience
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves )
- Solid communication skills
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Managing and Developing the company Leave and Attendance process and policies
- Creating a Positive work environment by introducing employee relation and wellbeing best practices
- Maintaining employee personal records in an accurate manner and attending to employee background checks.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Design and implement company policies and liaise with Internal and External stakeholders in implementing them.
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates and provide relevant reports to the Management
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
