Key purpose of the Job
The Group WHR In charge (Operations) is responsible for tracking and driving achievement of Works HR KPIs across the Group. The role holder is also overseeing the WHR processes for the employee lifecycle for Staff & Associates. Ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance is critical to the role. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and drive achievement of WHR KPIs across the Group
- Provide support to SBUs for setting and improving the WHR Operations processes and systems
- Responsible to conduct and support HR Governance related activities across Plants
Education
Graduate/Undergraduate in the area of Human Resources from a recognized university/institute.
Experience
2 to 4+ years of relevant experience, with good working knowledge of Works HR function, analytical skills and process orientation
