Senior Executive - Information Technology

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring performance, availability, and scalability.
• Plan, manage, and track the IT budget; oversee procurement processes.
• Lead infrastructure projects, ensure timely delivery, and implement new technologies.
• Implement security measures, ensure compliance, and manage disaster recovery plans.
• Liaise with vendors, manage contracts, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, lead the team in resolving incidents, and maintain documentation.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and leadership to the team.
• Identify opportunities to optimize infrastructure and improve processes.
• Align IT infrastructure with the company's overall business goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and address their needs.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, virtualization, cloud services, and data center operations.
• Experience with security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
• Proficiency in systems like Windows Server and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Certifications such as CCNA/MCSE are highly desirable.
