Senior Executive- Planning

The Senior Executive- Planning is in charge of production planning and scheduling for the allocated plant. The role holder is responsible for optimum utilization of factory capacity to achieve factory efficiency targets as per budget and ensure customer delivery deadlines are met. The role holder is also responsible for tracking execution of factory plan and recommending changes to the plan when required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for understanding customer requirements and arranging manufacturing capacity for the customer account based on the budgeted top line for pre-production
2. Following up with various stakeholders and ensuring the projection management activities are completed as per schedule
3. Driving the Planning process for assigned Customer’s current and future orders
4. Monitoring adherence to PPC Calendar, Frozen Plan, Factory Plans and address deviations from plan in accordance with the guidelines
5. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of functional deliverables
6. Responsible to prepare factory production plan to ensure optimized utilization of capacity and on time customer delivery
7. Tracking and monitoring achievement against Factory plans and sub-plans, and recommending modifications as required to achieve targets
8. Preparing analysis and forecasts of Plant capacity and efficiency parameters and maintaining appropriate documentation and records 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics/ Statistics /Clothing Technology or NDT

Experience

• 3-5 Years of experience in Planning function in a factory
• Ability to make quick decisions and work with minimum supervision
