Description
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management.
- 03-04 years experience in Talent Acquisition with ability of managing a large volume of recruitments.
- Experience in Employer Branding and managing social media would be an added advantage.
- Creativity, attention to detail and willingness to learn is a must.
- Identify the Talent requirements of the group and determine the most effective method of sourcing
- Draft job descriptions, advertisements and material for sourcing campaigns.
- Manage the selection and onboarding process.
- Measure effectiveness of the recruitment process, provide weekly/ monthly updates and take necessary action to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process.
