  • Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills and communication skills
  • Attention to details and work with minimum supervision
  • Experience in handling modern learning techniques/ virtual learning platforms, new trend in learning and development will be an added advantage.



  • Manage performance management pillar of the group by ensuring timely completion of KPI cascading, Mid year and Year end performance appraisals and provide accurate performance scores for the increment cycle.
  • Identify and assess current and future training needs through job analysis, career development plans and annual performance appraisals and achieve set training man hour target as per the annual training Plan.
  • Organize, deliver, evaluate and follow-up on training activities in line with training and development plan and within overall budget
  • Source training facilitators /programs within allocated budget whilst continuously assessing the Return on Investment.
  • Conduct effective group Induction program by ensuring all the employees go through the induction program.
  • Administer effective “Work Buddy” program by ensuring all the newcomers are assigned a “Work Buddy” while conducting buddy awareness programs and evaluations on timely manner.
  • Roll out Employee Recognition Programs as per the company policy.
  • Analyze, study and present data gathered for decision making and planning
