Senior Manager - Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced and energetic person for the position of Senior Manager- Maintenance of the Group

This role will focus on creating a proactive maintenance strategy and the implementation across the Group. He/ She will also be responsible for training the teams in the maintenance processes and tools in line with our continuous improvement methodology.

• Optimize, Create and Implement the Maintenance strategy for sites, moving from corrective to preventive and then predictive Maintenance Compliance to all regulatory requirements within maintenance
• Eliminate losses due to breakdowns and minor stops related to lack of maintenance
• Manage machinery and equipment obsolescence proactively
• Train operations and maintenance team members on technical standards Develop spare parts strategy for improvement, cost reduction and synergies
• Improve downtime effectiveness for maintenance

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years previous experience in maintenance at senior level Knowledge of Maintenance and Facilities Systems
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
