- Excellent written and communication skills.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position in the hotel sector is mandatory.
- A positive character with a professional attitude.
- Handle all reservation inquiries from travel agents and direct guests.
- Proficiency in utilising various systems, including the Central Reservation System (CRS) employed by the reservation team.
- Maximise conversion of inquiries and maintain relationships with travel agents by communicating in a clear, friendly, and polite manner.
- Proactively upsell & cross-sell products within the chain
- Provide timely updates to the management and colleagues regarding occupancy reports, rates, and budgets.
- Assist in the coordination and distribution of work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OTA & Channel Manager
