Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all facets of daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the showroom sales team to surpass sales targets and uphold service standards.
- Conduct comprehensive coaching and training sessions for sales associates, enhancing their product knowledge and sales proficiency.
- Analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and develop strategies to propel sales growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing a welcoming showroom atmosphere.
- Manage inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and contribute to strategic visual merchandising initiatives.
