Description

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other lead-generation activities.

2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.

3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor software solutions to address those needs effectively.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Engineers, Product Managers, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to implementation.

6. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.

7. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression using CRM software.

8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

9. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our software solutions and expand your professional network.

10. Provide regular updates and reports to sales management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Proven track record of success in software sales or a similar role, with a demonstrable history of exceeding sales targets.

3. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

5. Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to support colleagues.

7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

8. Knowledge of the software industry, including SaaS (Software as a Service) models, cloud computing, and emerging technologies, is preferred.

9. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
