DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the headcount budget and oversee the talent acquisition process within the recruitment turnaround time.
  • Utilize advanced Excel data analytics to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics, trends, and performance data for decision making purposes.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by liaising with all SBUS and departments to determine essential positions.
  • Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and advancements.
  • Publish job advertisements in a timely manner on various platforms including online company career portals, recruitment sites, headhunters, social platforms, print media, posters, and flyers as needed.
  • Source potential candidates, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn recruitment.
  • Create and maintain a healthy CV database and a ready-to-hire talent pool.
  • Oversee the entire onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.
  • Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • Plan interviews and conduct selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the IT industry.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn recruitment and other social recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
