Description
ROLE: Managing sales, growth and customer relationships for an assigned territory and expanding the brand's market presence and revenue in that territory
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and optimising the sales process, analysing metrics and devising strategies to meet sales targets
- Driving execution of trade marketing strategy for the assigned territory and developing and implementing effective campaigns to meet company goals
- Identifying growth opportunities in the assigned territory and creating and executing sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue
- Cultivating stronger relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or similar
- At least two years' proven experience as a Territory Manager, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A customer-centric mindset with strong organisational skills, sales and the ability to form lasting client relationships
