Test Manager – SAP ( Relocation Opportunity)

We are looking for a Test Manager – SAP to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand core business processes, interfaces, and systems involved.
• Understand scope and timelines of the implementation project.
• Verify integration test plan and technical requirements.
• Ensure availability of test systems and tools.
• Execute testing and technical analysis.
• Validate improvements and ensure quality criteria for solution documentation.
• Establish and maintain an effective testing program focusing on performance, data consistency, and technical correctness.
• Drive acceptance of the quality gate concept.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in SAP Testing.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and principles.
• Experience in scope management.
• Proven ability in managing customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of test management strategies.
• Familiarity with business processes.
