Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Perform requirements analysis to understand project needs.
- Document and communicate the results of your analyses.
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
- Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or an MBA.
- Internship or prior experience in an IT environment is required.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely to determine acceptable solutions.
- Advanced technical skills, particularly in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Experience in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
