As Intern – Projects, you will assist in driving a robust Governance framework and work with cross-functional teams to monitor, track and report how desired business outcomes are being delivered. This is an evolving role and the projects and activities undertaken are of a varied nature and scope including, but not limited to facilitating policy standardization across functions, continuous process improvements, aiding deployment of models for a function/ organization, hawk eye on financials/P&L performance, defining and deploying Governance, and industry best practices benchmarking, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting diagnostics and process mapping assignments to identify and assist the process transitions from Brandix to Accenture
2. Supporting Project transitions, coordinating Project timelines, meeting agendas and working in collaboration with Internal and external Teams
3. Monitoring SLA’s and BOI’s, analyzing and reporting
4. Validating and initiating Project related payments, preparation of cash flow forecast and assisting in the Annual Budgeting process
5. Supporting in identifying and implementing process improvements and controls
6. Maintaining Project related documentation
7. Supporting and managing Brandix stakeholders
Education
Undergraduate in Business Administration/General Management/Financial Management or any other relevant field
Partly qualified in CIMA/ACCA/CA
Experience
Experience in Project Management or outsourcing will be an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Office packages including MS Visio
Ability to work in a computerized environment
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, possessing strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
