Training and Development Executive (Product / Process Training)

• Successfully completed G. C. E A/L. 
• Candidates with experience in product and process training for retail/ insurance etc will be given preference.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills. 
• IT and Technical Skills.
• Should be willing to travel and lodge out of Colombo. 
• Ability to speak in Tamil would be an added advantage

Plan, organize and conduct product and process training for the Retail Sales personnel of the Abans Group and ensure that they are up to date on the required knowledge and skills.
