Description
Key duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the Driver’s rosters through the HRIS system.
- Enter monthly duty rosters into the HRIS system in advance.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, repairs and workshop job orders.
- Keep records of vehicle fleet, insurance, and revenue license renewals.
- Maintain and organize a filing system for transportation-related documents.
- Perform daily checks to reconcile drivers' running charts with dispatch documents.
- Prepare and submit monthly vehicle running returns for Senior Manager approval.
- Update and submit driver’s attendance, leave through the HRIS system.
Ideal Candidate should Possess:
- Certificate or Diploma in relevant field.
- Proven experience in transportation or logistics coordination.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Familiarity with vehicle documentation and licensing requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Should be a good team player.
